£ per week inclusive of all facilities and are not subject to any extra booking fees etc).
We are not VAT registered.
Payment Terms
Cheque, Cash or Direct Bank Transfer by arrangement.
Deposit on booking against invoice within 10 days. (The deposit is 50% if total cost is under £200 otherwise it is 33%). Balance of payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation insurance is available at £35 per week per property.
Special terms can be quoted for short breaks and for holiday stays greater than one week and for all business stays.
Arrival
Visitors should arrive after 3 pm and leave by 10.30 am on the morning of departure. Other times are acceptable by arrangement. In general visitors will be welcomed and shown around their apartment on arrival.
